Bianca Schulz
Bianca Carmen is a multi-faceted movement specialist from South Africa. A yoga teacher with a background as a professional dancer, choreographer, and performing artist, movement is woven into her DNA.
Fascinated by human anatomy and psychology, she creates offerings that uncover deeper layers of the mind-body connection, using the body as a gateway to understanding the mind. Through physical exploration, we gain insight into the mental.
Her teachings cultivate a space for expression—a place to explore creativity, curiosity, and self-discovery. She invites each individual to embrace their unique bio-individuality, allowing the body to become the instrument.
Bryan Mac
Bryan’s work is rooted in our powerful intention to help people break free from the limitations of their own minds and step into a life they once thought impossible. Through this unique blend of relationship yoga, frequency work, mirror sessions, and transformational guidance, we create the space for profound “ah ha!” moments – those flashes of clarity that shift everything. Here, transformation isn’t a distance dream. It’s the natural result of showing up, exploring what’s holding you back, and discovering the freedom that was within you all along.
Carla Armour
Carla Armour styles herself as a ‘Whole-life Activation Coach’, being a Pilates Teacher, Retreat Leader, Artist and Curator, who has been involved in the Health & Fitness Industry for over 4 decades. She uses her Comprehensive Pilates Conscious Movement Education Training done in 2003 and mentorship from Renee Watson as her entry point when guiding her clients through deep engagement into self-discovery, and healing to confident well-being.
A native of Dominica in the Caribbean, Carla lives between Dominica and England. Her ‘7D Core Calibration Method’ is an embodied Pilates Principles-based approach that combines techniques from Somatic and Classical Pilates, Neurophysiology, Mindfulness and ‘held trauma release’ protocols. During her workshops and classes, Carla takes participants through sequences of breath-directed movements that ground them to their deep core, stimulate internal regulation, and release held trauma and blocks.
At CMC 2026, Carla will lead two informative and transformative experiences: her Core Calibration Workshop and the invigorating “Ride the Recoil” extended Reformer session, both designed to ground, energise, and unlock the body’s full potential while sharing her technique that other teachers can incorporate in their work.
Christy Smith
Christy worked professionally as a Ballet Dancer between 1996 and 2007, and then served as Ballet Mistress to Cape Town City Ballet until mid-2008. She completed her comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training through Conscious Movement Education in 2007 and affiliated with the PMA (USA) in 2008. As well as teaching regular Pilates classes, she teamed up with Elize Van Zyl’s physiotherapy practice, focusing on injury rehabilitation, especially in dancers.
Over the years, she has worked with folks ranging in age from 8 to 91, from casual movers to professional athletes and dancers. She finds fascia fascinating, and so has furthered her education in this regard, doing workshops in Lynotherapy, Anatomy Trains in Motion, and the Franklin Method. As well as shorter Franklin Method workshops and webinars, she completed the more comprehensive Fascia Trainer courses for the Lower Back and Pelvis in 2021 and Shoulders, Neck and Face in 2022, and is now qualified by the Franklin Method Institute in Switzerland to offer those workshops.
Christy LOVES to explore the rich and interesting possibilities of the body – particularly in terms of movement patterns and integrated muscle-and-fascia behaviour, recognising that the body as a whole is involved in all movement in one way or another, and that no two bodies are the same. She loves the fact that we never stop learning, and often takes much away from a workshop she presents, thanks to the insights of the participants!

Gyde von Wlassak
Gyde is a physiotherapist and coach with over 25 years of experience, specialising in holistic approaches to healing. What has always driven her work is a deep curiosity about one central question:
How can we reconnect a highly adaptive, fast-evolving mind with a body that still speaks the language of ancient survival when stressed?
Gyde’s work involves regulating the autonomic nervous system through manual treatment, coaching methods, and bodywork like breath work and fascia movements. Since 2008, she has built a practice that integrates these elements with neurobiological principles, including EMDR-inspired and brain-based coaching methods. A training in clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology connects all parts.
She focuses on helping people recognise and understand the patterns they are caught in, reconnecting them with essential human needs such as safety, shelter and connection. Gyde believes that understanding a person’s individual story is key to developing tailored, effective interventions through bodywork, coaching, meditation and somatic therapy.
At the core of her approach is a strong interest in restoring coherence between the fast-adapting mind and the body’s ancient, binary survival mechanisms, a dynamic especially relevant in today’s complex and often stressful world. Gyde’s path is inspired by neuroscience, evolutionary biology and ancient philosophies and is deeply connected to her own ongoing personal and professional journey.

Montana Davies-Phippen
Montana (or Monty!) started practising yoga in London many years ago. She eventually went from enjoying a Sunday evening class to following her teacher to India, where she realised the practice extended far beyond the physical. She has since spent 2024 travelling in Asia, from meditating with monks to exploring Taoist temples, culminating her learning with a yoga teacher training with the Yoga NewVision school in Bali.
Monty is fascinated by how the ancient practice of yoga can help us in our modern lives. A keen student of yogic philosophy, she gives her infinite gratitude to her teachers for passing down their knowledge. Her classes are both traditional and transformative, blending Eastern philosophy with alignment-focused movement to explore new modes of consciousness. Across her practices, expect a mix of mindfulness, meditation, and music, all designed to take the mind to new places.
Nicole Sherwin
Nicole Sherwin is the founder of Eco Diva Natural and a lifelong believer in the healing power of nature. Her journey into clean, superfood skincare didn’t begin in a lab, but through a deeply personal mission to heal her own skin. After years of struggling with breakouts, sensitivity and dehydrated skin —and finding conventional treatments only made things worse—Nicole turned inward, and toward nature, for answers.
What she discovered changed everything: when skin is fed with the right nutrients—bio-identical, plant-based superfoods—it responds with balance, radiance, and vitality. This revelation became the seed from which Eco Diva Natural was born.
Nicole’s passion extends beyond skincare. She’s devoted to the bigger picture of wellness—from gut health to emotional resilience—believing that true beauty is born from within. Her work is infused with education, science-backed formulations, and a commitment to sustainability, drawing from the latest research in epigenetics, skin biology, and natural healing.
Her philosophy is simple: when we nourish our skin with what it truly needs, it thrives. And when we do it kindly—with ethically made, sustainably sourced ingredients—we all glow a little brighter.
Rachel Maurice
Rachel Maurice is a Canadian Medical Doctor who worked as an Anesthesiologist for 20 years in Canada. She left the practice of conventional medicine in pursuit of helping people heal from the root causes of disease rather than only treating symptoms.

She has gathered together the skills that have been most beneficial for her and created a toolbox from which she draws based on your needs.
You will thus get the benefit of her years of education and experience in conventional medicine, as well as the extensive research and experiential learning of alternative approaches, including: Applied Quantum Biology, Holographic Memory Resolution ( a unique trauma release method ), Self Sabotage Mindset Coaching, Breathwork and Medical Intuition.
Rachel has most recently become involved with a revolutionary technology, and she is witnessing transformations in health like nothing she has ever seen in her 30 years in the conventional medical system. The best part is that it uses your own light to enhance your body’s innate healing wisdom.

Now looking back at her younger self, she realises just how mentally and emotionally inflexible she was. I did my Pilates training through Reneé Watson on mat and equipment in 2003 and started working full-time as a Pilates instructor as well as lecturing on courses. In 2009, I moved to Pretoria and opened my own studio. I have always loved Cape Town and always wanted to come home! After being away for 15years, I decided to come home with my 2 daughters! Pilates and dance conditioning are my passions, but I enjoy working with people in general and doing what I love every day!
